Our mission is to include dance in people’s lives as a routine for physical, emotional and social well-being.
Our Methodology
We created a class format that simulates a dance floor where everyone feels free to express themselves and dance without judgment. In a few minutes, you lose calories and gain a good mood. Dancefloor classes are themed and last 30-45 minutes. Always a different playlist with the best national and international songs.
- On the dance floor the music doesn’t stop and neither do you. The idea is to keep your heart rate high, lose calories and gain a good mood.
- On the dance floor, everyone knows how to dance, after all, these are the moves you’ve always danced at parties, and if you’ve never danced you’ll learn quickly.
- We use data to show improvements in your mood and physical disposition.

Our dancers have access to the Emotions Panel, a technology developed by us, which allows them to monitor and analyze an individual’s emotional state over time.
In just 3 minutes, the panel generates a photograph of the current emotional state and calculates the percentage of vigor. In addition to demonstrating the evolution of the level of tension, depression, anger, fatigue, confusion from one week to the next, we use artificial intelligence to recommend actions that can contribute to a healthier and more meaningful life in accordance with the pillars of Lifestyle Medicine .
